How Long Does A Wipe And Restore Service Take?
The actual process only takes about a few hours. We normally aim for a 24-hour turn-around depending on our work load. In special circumstances, we can provide same day service under appropriate conditions.

Do you do other types of computer repair?
Yes we handle all types of desktop and laptop repair and parts. We install replacement and upgrade parts. We can do anything from simple virus removal to custom built computers for high-end users.

Do you work on Apple products?
Yes. Not only do we work on Windows-based PCs, we also service Apple products such as iPads, Macbooks, and iMacs.

Do you work on smart phones?
Yes. We repair smart phones and other mobile devices.

Do you offer on-site services?
Yes. We can come to your home or office to repair your computer. Please call us for rates and more details.

Can you back up my non-Windows programs?
Unfortunately no. Third party programs such as Anti-Virus software, Microsoft Office, Tax preparation software etc., are copyright protected, and need to be reinstalled from their original CD’s. However, if you bring your non-Windows program CD’s to us, we will be happy to reinstall them at no additional charge.

Are there any catches to your low price?
No catches. We believe in honest straight forward pricing.

What if I do not have my Windows disc?
No problem. We use our own proprietary Windows installation discs. They include all of the latest updates and security patches.

Which version of Windows will my computer have on it?
We install the version that came with your computer. We use the Microsoft Windows Product Key Code located on the computer to authenticate your license with Microsoft. We can upgrade you to a newer version of Windows for an additional fee, to cover the cost of a new Product Key Code.
